Ambition

221+ and Hometree are committed to preserving the site as an untouched, natural native woodland, ensuring it remains a space for future generations to enjoy.

While the goal is to keep the area as wild and natural as possible, some basic infrastructure will be needed to make the site accessible and usable. This work will be carefully overseen by Hometree, whose expertise in conservation and experience in collaborating with local communities will guide the project, ensuring it respects both the land and its neighbours. See below our ambitions for the phased development of some infrastructure on the site to facilitate members and publics to visit and connect.

Costs

The project requires new funding. See here the estimated costs for the proposed development.
